Luxury car maker Porsche has launched its threatened legal action against Mayor Ken Livingstone's new £25 pollution charge. Porsche lodged papers with the High Court yesterday calling on judges to quash the charge on the grounds it is "disproportionate" and "an illegal action by the Mayor".
